Privacy Policy

What data we process

• No accounts. You do not need to provide your name, password, or email address to use the free section. Your access key is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is sent to our server to check that it is valid.
• Texts for correction. When you click “Correct with AI,” the text you type or dictate is sent to our server and then to Microsoft Azure's artificial intelligence service (OpenAI on Azure) solely to generate the correction. We do not store the text or the correction on our server. Do not include sensitive personal data (DNI/NIE, real addresses, phone numbers) in the exercises.
• IP address. To limit daily free use, we temporarily store a non-reversible hash of your IP address, which is deleted at the end of the day. The web server retains standard technical logs for a limited time for security purposes.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the seller and processes payment and billing data. We do not see or store your card details. Polar only provides us with the information needed to activate your key (for example, your email address and purchase status).
• Voice dictation. If you use the dictation button, speech recognition is performed by your browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) in accordance with its policy. We only receive the resulting text when you click “Correct.”

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to remember your language and access key.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you by writing to contacto@a2nacionalidad.com. If you believe that we are not processing your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
